• You can order the tandem flight ticket via our onlineshop, via email kick(at)basisrausch.ch or by phone +41 76 569 33 32. We usually process the order the same day. This means that after receipt of payment you receive the ticket within two working days at the latest.

• Whether you are six years old or over 99. Man or woman. Flying is not a question of age or gender. Contact us with your ticket number to find a convenient date. Contact us by email kick(at)basisrausch.ch or by phone +41 76 569 33 32. If the weather forecast predicts flyable weather, we can soon take off together.
  Call us again +41 76 569 33 32 two days before your flight appointment at around 4 p.m. So, you can find out whether the tandem flights is taking place. If the tandem flights are canceled, contact us by email or phone +41 76 569 33 32 and arrange a new appointment with us.

  In the event of no-show, CHF 50.- will be charged as admission fee.

• After having met at the meeting point, you can take the chairlift or the car - depending on the season and the flight area - up to the take-off point.
  On the way up, there is enough time to fill out the ticket, you were given at the meeting point. This is the only way to ensure you are fully insured. When you reach the take-off, you can first enjoy the panorama and the fantastic view or take a few snapshots. In the meantime, your pilot prepares the equipment at the launch site. Then you will practice the take-off process together with your pilot as a small dry run.
  The wind is good - now a little courage - the command to start - a few steps - and we take off! You did it! The element of air is yours. The free flight will amaze you!

• You are slowly getting used to the new perspective. Steadily and gently, we glide through the air. Only a few wind noises can be heard. You will be surprised how comfortable your harness is. Now take a deep breath ... The flight route is already selected by your pilot. When you got used a bit to the new element "air", you may be able to take over the steering lines and piloting the wing for a moment. Pull left - we fly to the left. Pull right - we fly to the right. SIMPLE! But do not worry - your pilot will not jump off because of underemployment, but will support you on your first turns.

• Even the most beautiful flight comes to an end. Slowly, you head towards the planned landing site. There you fly the official landing division and finally, you touch down gently. You will see - hopping from an armchair is much more difficult. If you are interested, you can help the pilot to stow the glider. Finally, you can also get rid of your questions. The art of flying is no secret! Many guests became pilots themselves after their first flight.
